Of interest are contributions from authors in any role at any stage in their career. Papers may cover all aspects of diversity and in any context of study and work, for instance teaching; assessing; supervising; pastoral care; career development; managing workload and caring responsibilities; desk, laboratory or fieldwork; decolonisation; team building and social environment; access, participation and success; dissemination; and meetings.
All types of articles are welcome, such as commentaries on impactful approaches, perspectives on best practice, reviews of underpinning theory, research letters covering interventions; basically contributions that support the community in discussing and reflecting on the context, and, crucially, in learning lessons.
If you have queries or wish to discuss a potential contribution, please contact the Section Editor for Professional Development Beatrix Fahnert on bfahnert@lincoln.ac.uk Submission Deadline: 30 April 2023
All submitted papers will be subjected to our standard independent peer-review. Authors should specify 'EDDIE2023' in the cover letter.
For instructions for authors please see the FEMS Microbiology Letters journal page.
