The FEMS Summer School for Postdocs will recognize 25 of the most talented and promising researchers from across the world. It is designed to support personal and professional development through 10 days of close work with top scientists, and to enable and encourage research collaboration across all fields of microbiology. The outcomes will be to advance your scientific knowledge and enhance your research career.

FEMS invites teachers of undergraduate and postgraduate level microbiology from across Europe to attend the School.  Applicants do not need to belong to a FEMS member society. The School will equip attendees with a knowledge of new strategies and techniques in facilitating learning and engaging audiences through practical examples.

We are looking for new Journal Social Media Editors (JSMEs) to take the latest research published in our new Open Access journals FEMS Microbes and microLife and produce widely communicated social media posts.

No experience is necessary (although is desirable), there is plenty of time to learn and develop while volunteering with us. Apply before June 4th!
