After attending your meeting, please complete the Grantee Statement to tell us about yourself and the event you attended. Your Grantee Statement may feature in the FEMS newsletter, social media or on the website to promote you, the meeting you attended and FEMS Grants. Please note - you can save and return to your Grantee Statement again using this link.
I was awarded a FEMS Industry Placement Grant
The report of your placement should be in the format of a scientific article, including abstract, introduction, results, discussion and reference sections. The Grantee Statement is an opportunity to tell us about you, your placement and your experience of the grants process. We will use this information to promote you and your research via our communication networks (and it should therefore include images of you and your work). Your feedback will also help us to continue to improve the grants process. Please note - you can save and return to your report again using this link.

Submit your claim form: Submit your claim form no later than 6 weeks after the end of your event. Download the claim form and email it to grants@fems-microbiology.org along with receipts of your expenses, quoting your name, the grant you were awarded, and your application ID.
