Volunteering at FEMS MICRO 2025 Interest Form

FEMS MICRO 2025 is an international scientific event dedicated to showcasing the latest developments in microbiology and connecting microbiologists from all over the world. FEMS was established in 1974 and promotes excellence and diversity in science by funding research, publishing journals and organizing events. The event will bring together leading researchers, professionals, and experts to share knowledge and discuss innovations in their fields.  

For this event, we are looking for volunteers that will help make the event a success. Your effort will be rewarded with free access to the congress, as well as a fun experience with an enthusiastic team.

As a volunteer, you'll gain:

Roles may include:

• Assisting with registration and info desks
• Supporting speakers and session rooms
• Guiding attendees at the venue
• Helping with logistics

What we ask of you:

• Attend the volunteer briefing
• Volunteer for 3 half days
• You arrange and pay for eventual travel and accommodation yourself
